These terms apply to your use of the Electrical Services Ottawa website and to quote requests submitted through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

A quote provided through this website, by phone, or in person is an estimate based on the information available at the time. The final price for any job is confirmed in writing before work begins, and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described – for example, if additional issues are found once work is underway. We'll always tell you before doing anything beyond the originally quoted scope.

Workmanship

Any workmanship warranty for a specific job is set out in that job's written quote, and applies to that job only – we don't offer a blanket, sitewide guarantee, since the right warranty terms depend on the specific work performed.

Permits and code compliance

Where a job requires notification to the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), we handle that notification as part of the work. All work is performed to the Ontario Electrical Safety Code as it applies to the job.
