We inspect before we quote
No phone-estimate guessing – we look at the actual panel and wiring first.
On-site inspection before pricing and a written quote before work starts, no matter where you're located – and pricing is based on the job, not the postal code.
We handle Electrical Safety Authority notification as part of the job when it's required.
We take on homes and business properties across the same service area.
Greely was part of Osgoode Township before the 2001 amalgamation and is now Ottawa's largest rural village by land area and third-largest by population – 9,049 residents as of the 2011 census. It grew fast in the 2000s, with dwelling counts up nearly 59% between 2000 and 2008, drawn by its rural feel and easy access to Ottawa's urban core.
A lot of Greely's growth is recent, so we see more newer rural-estate homes here than genuinely old wiring – the electrical calls tend toward capacity work: hot tubs, generators, and finished lower levels on larger properties, plus the occasional older farmhouse from before the suburban growth started.
Rural properties on well systems often need dedicated, correctly protected circuits for well pumps – a detail that's easy to get wrong on a generic residential job but routine for us.
When Greely's growth was studied in the late 2000s, the community had enough undeveloped land to support roughly two more decades of residential growth at the pace it was building – and that growth has largely continued as families are drawn to the rural feel with easy Ottawa access. That means a lot of what we install in Greely is genuinely new work, not repair of something decades old, though the older farmhouses that predate the growth wave are still out there and worth an honest look.

Yes, well pump circuits need specific protection and sizing – a routine part of rural work for us.
Yes, generator installation is a common request in Greely given the rural setting.
Often, but adding a hot tub or finishing a basement can still push it past capacity – we check before recommending anything.
Yes, we serve the full village boundary and surrounding rural properties, not just the core.
Yes, that's one of the more common upgrade requests we see as Greely's newer homes add larger outdoor electrical loads like pools, hot tubs, and detached garages.
